Please ensure that all items for laundry are safe for standard washing and drying processes.
Payment and Pickup/Delivery
Payment for our services is due upon delivery or pickup. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. If you choose our pickup and delivery service, we will do our best to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. However, we cannot be liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other unexpected events. We will make every effort to return your items in excellent condition, neatly folded or hung, and packaged as requested.
